Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received and the booking has been accepted through the platform.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring booking details, child details, medical information, and emergency contacts are accurate and up to date.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are available where cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the commencement of the booked session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked session are generally not eligible for a refund.
Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Parents and guardians must contact support to request a refund or raise an exceptional circumstance.

Attendance and No-Shows
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends the booked session.
Failure to attend a booked session without prior cancellation is considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Medical and Safety Requirements
Parents and guardians must provide accurate medical, allergy, emergency contact, and authorised pickup information before their child attends a session.
After3 Rec Club may refuse attendance where required information has not been provided, is incomplete, or raises a safety concern.
Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping this information current.
Behaviour and Participation
Children are expected to follow reasonable instructions from staff and participate in a safe and respectful manner.
Serious or repeated behaviour concerns may result in a child being removed from an activity, suspended from attendance, or refused future bookings.
Changes to Sessions
After3 Rec Club may modify, reschedule, or cancel sessions where required due to safety concerns, staffing, venue issues, low enrolments, or circumstances beyond our control.
Where After3 Rec Club cancels a paid session, parents and guardians will be offered a refund or credit.
Late Collection
Children must be collected by a parent, guardian, or authorised pickup contact by the nominated collection time.
Parents and guardians should contact After3 Rec Club as soon as possible if they are delayed.
Additional charges may apply where children are collected after the nominated collection time.
