Child Safety Policy

After3 Rec Club is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all children and young people participating in our programs.

Our Commitment

The safety and wellbeing of children is central to the way we deliver our services.

We aim to create an environment where children feel safe, seen, heard, respected, and supported.

Safe Environments

We take reasonable steps to provide programs that are physically, emotionally, and socially safe for children and young people.

Staff and service representatives are expected to act in a way that supports child safety, wellbeing, and respectful behaviour.

Respectful Interactions

Children and young people should be treated with dignity, care, and respect at all times.

We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, discrimination, abuse, or behaviour that places a child or young person at risk.

Listening and Responding

Children, young people, parents, and guardians are encouraged to raise concerns about safety, wellbeing, or inappropriate conduct.

Concerns will be taken seriously and responded to in a manner that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of children.

Parents and Guardians

Parents and guardians play an important role in supporting child safety by providing accurate medical, emergency contact, and authorised pickup information.

Parents and guardians should notify us promptly of any concern or change in circumstances that may affect a child's safety, wellbeing, or participation.

Continuous Improvement

After3 Rec Club is committed to reviewing and improving our child safety practices as our services develop.

We aim to maintain clear expectations, practical procedures, and responsive communication around child safety matters.

Reporting Concerns

Questions, concerns, or reports relating to child safety may be directed to the service administrator or appropriate contact person associated with the platform.
